Elucinta Policies
Business and service terms
Elucinta is a DBA of Flore Intelligence LLC in Fairfax, Virginia. This website describes a bounded evidence-preparation service. A paid order is also governed by the versioned Elucinta Pilot Customer Agreement accepted at checkout.
Elucinta is not Microsoft and does not claim Microsoft affiliation, sponsorship, certification, endorsement, representation, or agency.
The Customer supplies the applicable requirements and authorized evidence, verifies the underlying facts, reviews the package, makes all eligibility decisions and attestations, controls Partner Center, submits the claim, communicates with Microsoft, and retains original records.
Elucinta does not audit, validate, certify, or independently verify the Customer's complete governing requirement set. Elucinta does not guarantee acceptance, approval, payment, or reimbursement.
Delivery
The service is delivered electronically. For a qualifying standard case, the proposed delivery target is three business days after Elucinta sends a written Complete Input Acceptance message. Time awaiting missing, corrected, newly authorized, or replacement material is outside that period. No physical product is shipped.
Cancellation, refunds, and corrections
The Customer may cancel for a full refund before Elucinta sends the Complete Input Acceptance message.
After that message, the order is non-cancellable because reserved professional time and customized work have begun. Elucinta will issue a full refund when it cannot deliver the agreed standard package for an Elucinta-controlled reason. Refunds return to the original payment method.
The service includes one correction for an Elucinta-caused transcription, indexing, source-link, or assembly error reported within seven calendar days after delivery. Customer omissions, new information, changed or omitted requirements, scope changes, eligibility disagreements, and Microsoft requests or outcomes are not Elucinta assembly errors.
To request a cancellation, correction, or refund, email billing@elucinta.com with the business name and order reference. Do not send card information or portal credentials.
Information collected
The public pages do not intentionally install advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. Hosting providers may maintain ordinary access, security, and diagnostic logs.
Elucinta may process business contact details, signer authority and assent records, order and payment references, Customer authorization, Customer evidence, technical and security records, and service correspondence.
Purposes
- Respond to inquiries and qualify the service.
- Record agreement acceptance and process payment.
- Prepare, deliver, correct, and support the evidence pack.
- Protect the service, investigate incidents, and satisfy legal, tax, contract, and insurance duties.
- Maintain an email suppression record when a recipient opts out.
Providers and recipients
The pilot may use Netlify for website hosting, Google Workspace for business email and administrative records, Stripe for agreement consent and payment, Dropbox for case-specific secure file transfer and temporary storage, and qualified legal, accounting, insurance, and security advisers when necessary.
Provider operations may involve access or processing in the United States and other locations governed by their published terms. Elucinta does not represent a fixed storage location unless verified for the applicable service.
Customer documents
Customer documents are used only for the authorized service. Elucinta does not sell, publish, use them for advertising, or use them to train a public general-purpose model. Evidence must not be sent through ordinary email attachments unless Elucinta expressly authorizes a secure exception.
Retention and deletion
Working Customer source files and generated copies are scheduled for deletion within 30 calendar days after final delivery or case closure, unless a valid earlier request, legal obligation, dispute, incident, insurance requirement, or documented legal hold requires different treatment.
Backups expire under the applicable provider's documented cycle and may not be immediately erasable. Agreement, assent, order, invoice, payment, delivery, correction, and material communication records may be retained for up to six years. Suppression records are retained only as needed to honor opt-outs.
Security and incidents
Elucinta uses data minimization, case isolation, access restrictions, multifactor authentication where supported, encrypted providers, and fail-closed handling of prohibited data. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
After confirming a security incident affecting Customer data, Elucinta will contain and investigate it, notify the affected Customer without unreasonable delay, provide known material facts and updates, and reasonably cooperate with legally required notifications.
Requests
For privacy, access, deletion, correction, or incident questions, email support@elucinta.com. Elucinta will verify the requester's business identity and authority before releasing or deleting case information.
Business changes and policy updates
Customer information may transfer in a merger, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets only when the recipient assumes the applicable obligations and Customer data remains protected.
Material policy changes will be posted with a revised version and publication date before applying to a new paid order. An accepted order remains governed by its recorded agreement and policy versions.
